Leap Innovation to Host Educational Event for Arizona Technology Council on ITIL Implementation

ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) has emerged as a strategic and important industry framework for organizations looking to improve their service management processes. While ITIL has tremendous benefits, organizations often have challenges with managing the implementation. Leap Innovation, a U.S. distributor of SMART Suite, an ITIL compliant service management solution, will share best practices related to implementing new quality management processes at the Arizona Technology Council’s March 30th Lunch and Learn.

Leap Innovation President Donovan Hardenbrook will cover:

• Identifying the business rationale for implementing ITIL

• Gaining executive commitment and support

• The ITIL implementation team
