Donovan Hardenbrook is President of Leap Innovation LLC, a consulting firm based in Tempe, Arizona that provides peer advisory and business coaching services to privately held companies. He specializes in implementing business solutions that improve operations and results.
Donovan brings more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing, quality and product development to the consultancy. He is a TAB-Certified Facilitator and Strategic Business Leadership-Certified Coach. He is also a RAB-Certified Quality Management Systems Auditor and PDMA-Certified New Product Development Professional.
Donovan holds an MBA degree from the University of Arizona as well as MS and BS degrees in electrical engineering from New Mexico State University.
