Founder, Donovan Ray Hardenbrook

Donovan’s passion is encouraging, educating and equipping business owners to grow their businesses through better leadership and accountability. Donovan is certified as a John Maxwell Team leadership coach, trainer, and speaker. Donovan is also a TAB-Certified facilitator and business coach. Donovan brings more than 28 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, quality and product development in high tech, utility and aerospace industries.

Donovan holds an MBA degree from the University of Arizona as well as MS and BS degrees in electrical engineering from New Mexico State University.
